1. ZnNi alloy plating - frames

We have an automatic plating line for ZnNi alloy, with passivation Cr3 + sealer

Line characteristics:

  • production capacity/year - 500.000 sqm (on frames)
  • layer thickness - 5-18 microns
  • passivation colour - transparent, black
  • ZnNi alloy content 11-15%(Ni); 89-95%(Zn)
  • corrosion protection 720h -1000h

Automatic plating line for alkaline galvanizing - FRAMES and DRUMS, with following characteristics:

  • production capacity/year - aprox. 200.000 sqm
  • layer thickness - 5-18 microns
  • corrosion protection 96h-408h

Characteristics:

  • coating on Aluminum and Steel
  • capacitate de productie/an: 700.000 m2 (pe rame)
  • layer thickness 15-35 microns
  • passivation colour - black

Corrosion protection:

  • steel 600h-800h
  • steel coated with Zn or ZnNi = 1000h

Characteristics:

Acoperiri cu Pulbere Termoplastica – poliamidă de înaltă performanță ce ofera pieselor o protectie exceptionala impotriva coroziunii in cele mai severe conditii.
